Figure 1. Lumiaggregometry tracing shows a typical response to arachidonic acid in a patient treated with aspirin. The red (aggregation) and green (ATP release) tracings are the normal controls. The blue (aggregation) and the black (ATP release) are the patient’s tracings which demonstrate no response to the agonist.
