Platelet lumiaggregometry – normal response

Lumiaggregometry tracing demonstrates simultaneous platelet aggregation (red and blue curves) and ATP release (green and black curves) in response to collagen used as an agonist. The red and green tracings represent normal controls, while the blue and black curves are a patient sample. The over-all shape of the curves is similar, which is indicative of normal response to the agonist by the test sample.
